How do I log my food when I graze at a party?
Asked by paunchy

To log party food, eat mindfully and write it down at your first opportunity. You seemed to have correctly logged the items you sampled at the event.  The calories you ate were probably not excessive because you choose to eat very small portions, especially of the high fat foods, and then you balanced it out with low-calorie shrimp and veggies.  Just knowing that you have to write down what you eat can spur you to make healthier choices.  By trying your best, your calorie count should be in the ballpark for your holiday occasions.
